Our cabins are all located in Craig, Colorado at the intersection of Hwy 40 and Cty Rd 30 just one and a half mile west of State Road 13 in Craig, Colorado. The actually address for the property is 100 Cty Rd 30 in Craig, Colorado. The property is easy to spot with it's green roofs and red barn and an elk ranch right next door at the intersection of HWY 40 and Cty Rd 30 in Craig, Colorado. It is easily seen from Hwy 40 and is located on the south side of Hwy 40 across from the NW Storage facility.

All kitchenware and linens and utilities including satellite TV/Internet are included with our cabin rentals. Housekeeping however, is not responsible for cleaning dishes or kitchen areas such as the refrigerator, stove, oven, sink... All of the cabins listed below come with all linens and utilities (towels, sheets, water, electric, satelite TV etc.) and weekly housekeeping which includes: towel change, sheet change, vacuuming, dusting, emptying the trash, and bathroom cleaning. Dishes and kitchen areas are the responsibility of the individual occupants and an additional cleaning fee wil be assessed if dishes are left for housekeeping or the stove or oven need to be cleaned. Our cabins are a great alternative for those tired of staying at hotels in Craig, Colorado and looking for a fully furnished rental.

There is a propane Weber grill on the cabin property for use of all.

We have four individual cabins in Craig, Colorado and during non-peak/non-hunting season they rent for $80 a day or $250 a week plus additional taxes for rentals under 30 days. During peak/huntng season there is no weekly rate and the daily rate is $100 a day. Cash, check and debit/credit cards are accepted (we do not accept American Express); however there is a 4.25% fee for debit or credit cards and there is a return check fee of $100 if a check doesn't clear.

During peak/hunting season the there is no weekly rate and the daily rate is $250 a night plus taxes. Cash, check and debit/credit cards are accepted (we do not accept American Express); however there is a 4.25% fee for debit or credit cards and there is a return check fee if the check doesn't clear.

The duplex features:

  • A mud room
  • Two bedrooms
  • One bath
  • Washer and Dryer
  • A full kitchen (dishes, flatware, range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker etc.)
  • A dining area with large table that can accommodate up to six-eight people
  • A large living room with a sofa and sleeper sofa
  • The Duplex can sleep up to 5 people comfortably. Each bedroom has a twin and either a queen or double bed. All linens and kitchenware are provided.

The 3500 sq ft wood paneled cabin feel house during non-peak/non hunting season rents for $350 a night or $875 a week plus taxesfor rentals under 30 days. During hunting season/peak season there is no weekly rate. Cash, check and debit/credit cards are accepted (we do not accept American Express); however there is a 4.25% fee for debit or credit cards and there is a $100 return check fee if a check doesn't clear.

The house features:

  • A large dining area with an extra large table which can seat up to twelve people
  • The house can accommodate up to seven tenants.
